This is a unique opportunity to become part of our Diverse and strategic Human Resource team reporting to SVP, Global Human Resource. The AVP – Talent & Organizational Development will partner with the Business Leaders towards continuous improvement on Performance Management and Talent Management Systems, identify Learning modules, manage and implement - career development, promotion, leadership and managerial trainings, diversity initiatives, and annual processes including year-end compensation. Create and implement L&D strategy and annual roadmap You will also get the exposure to collaborate and work with our Global HR Team. All of these while having fun at work!
