Role: HR Admin Assistant


Roles and Responsibilities

  • General Clerical duties – filing, updating of reports and databases, preparation of documents
  • Manage phone calls and correspondences - emails, sorting of mail, arrangement of courier services
  • Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to office policies
  • Assisting with travel arrangements (Booking of flights/hotels/visa, etc.)
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide support and assistance to employees whenever necessary
  • Responsible for Annual appraisal activities, Employee engagement activities as well as coordinating with recruitment for hiring needs.
  • Responsible for any payment related vendor queries along with APAC Controller and be the local point of contact for all Singapore vendors and Bankers
  • Dealing with local tax, secretarial documents etc. to be signed by the Directors of the company
  • Local point of contact for Singapore payroll and secretarial service provider
  • Ordering of Office supplies
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Well versed in written and spoken English
  • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level / Diploma
  • Well organized work habits with attention to detail
  • Good Team Player
