About You:

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Will be responsible for helping new employees with onboarding, training, and follow up items. You are a self-starter who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethics.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new employees to our HRIS system (Bamboo) and ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manor.  
  • Maintaining  the company organizational chart.
  • Enrolling all new employees onto required training platforms and monitoring completion of training.
  • Scheduling and booking of training courses for employees. 
  • Completing reference request and employee letters as required.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll, timesheet input and monthly changes.  
  • Assisting with all other HR tasks as they arise. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
