About You

FlexTrade are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their London team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment. This position will work alongside the HR team, reporting to the HR Lead but they will be solely responsible for the recruitment activities for London.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to define requirements and prepare job descriptions
  • Identify the most suitable sourcing method for new vacancies
  • Qualify and interview prospective candidates via telephone or face to face
  • Pitching the company to prospective candidates over the phone, LinkedIn and in person
  • Work alongside the global recruitment and HR teams on cross-region projects
  • Maintain a relationship with external recruitment agencies
  • Sending out assessments and interview confirmations via email
  • Booking telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring/line manager’s diaries
  • Provide thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers
  • Maintain the ATS and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and information kept up to date
  • Ensure that all vacancies are kept on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates
  • Offer successful candidates and complete the onboarding of new hires
  • Attending career fairs and recruitment events


Key Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 360-process recruitment role - can be agency or in-house background
  • Experience within the IT sector
  • Experience of co-ordinating/organising interviews and meetings efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
