About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong technical and sales ability, discipline and experience in electronic trading, to join its EMEA Sales team.

Given the flexibility of the product, the role is naturally wide ranging, but fundamentally draws upon technical understanding, and sales acumen. You will be interacting with every team across the company, to ensure prospective and existing clients, are shown, and delivered the solutions they need. We have a “get stuff done” attitude, and close relationship with our clients, which allows us to evolve the product rapidly, with a willingness to take risks in developing features and workflows, in partnership with the market. We always want to be first to market for our clients and have some revolutionary technology in the pipeline which we can’t wait to share!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a fast-paced, innovative sales team, ensuring FlexTRADER remains the market leader, and synonymous with innovation and thought leadership
  • Providing guidance to sales on solution proposals addressing all aspects of the software
  • Participating in the creation, presentation. and sale of a complete value proposition
  • Demonstrating the product, across asset classes, with technical depth and understanding
  • Building out proof-of-concepts for prospective clients
  • Shaping the future product direction, and becoming a thought leader in the space
  • Identifying partnership opportunities with complementary companies

Requirements


  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in the front-office experience, ideally in a hybrid technology / business role
  • Industry experience electronic trading for the buy- and sell-side, down to a very granular level
  • Knowledge of trading platforms landscape, competitors, & functionality
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts trading platforms
  • A passion for technology, and deep curiosity for how things work
  • Established relationships in financial services companies would be highly valued
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems, create opportunities, and execute creative, winning solutions for the client
  • Ability to work with both local and remote team members
