We are looking for

FlexTrade Corporate IT Team is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Lead to provide premier customer service globally and to provide colleagues with the necessary tools to fulfil FlexTrade’s aims and objectives by creating long-term business partnerships through adding significant value as a result of innovative industry-leading efforts. Who Loves what they do and who they are doing it with. Passion, Knowledge, and Drive and a thirst to innovate and grow our Microsoft Stack and improve our processes globally. Be able to pass on their knowledge to our Global Team to strengthen our Technical and Operational Processes. Willing to work in Teams and on Projects that are Security, Operations, and Business related to implementing and streamline solutions. We are supporting our users and team on Tier 2-3 Related issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar Desktop Support role leading a corporate IT team
  • Hands-on Experience in Desktop Support Skills
  • Hands-on Experience in managing an Microsoft 365 Environment, including Azure AD, Mobile Device Management and Exchange Online Administration with knowledge of DNS Configurations and Networking Infrastructure
  • Plan and implement critical enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects, working closely with other IT teams including Information Security and Application Development teams to maintain a stable, highly available application environment
  • Develop technical standards, including the testing and evaluation of IT vendor products
  • Create and document plans for implementation, business continuance and other corporate IT related services
  • Ensure technical compliance with corporate policies, procedures and regulations
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Strong customer service and orientation in execution
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
